and related services developed by Qiyuan (the "Services"), including all information, text,
graphics, software and services available to you. By using the Website and the services it
provides, downloading any software or browsing the Website, and downloading any Qiyuan mobile
games from the app store or playing the web version of the games, you accept the following Terms
of Use.
Qiyuan reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time, and the modified Terms of Use will take effect immediately upon posting on this website. Please review the latest Terms of Use to ensure that you understand all terms and conditions governing your use of this website and Qiyuan games.
The Services are not directed at children under the age of 13. tortious, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise reasonably objectionable.
Publish, post, upload or distribute any material that Qiyuan (acting reasonably and
objectively) deems to be inappropriate, abusive, hateful, harassing, profane, defamatory,
threatening, obscene, pornographic, tortious, invasive of privacy, vulgar, offensive, indecent
or illegal.
Use the Games for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Circumvent any technical measures we employ to protect the Games.
Interfere with or disrupt any Qiyuan Services or any servers or networks used to support
or provide Qiyuan Services, including any hacking or cracking of Qiyuan Services.
Attempt to obtain passwords, account information, or other private information from any
other person on the Qiyuan Services or through phishing.
Engage in or facilitate cheating or other anti-competitive practices (such as boosting,
collusion, matchmaking, or pairing manipulation).
Use Qiyuan Services in countries where Qiyuan is prohibited from providing such services
under applicable export control laws.
All content included in the game, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Qiyuan or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any of this content without our express written permission.
All information, software and services provided on this website are provided "Qiyuan" and all
warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement are hereby expressly
disclaimed.
Qiyuan makes no warranty, representation or guarantee as to the content, sequence,
accuracy, timeliness or completeness of its information, software or services. Qiyuan does not
guarantee, represent or warrant that the information, products or services will be uninterrupted
or error-free or that any defects will be corrected.
Qiyuan assumes no liability for errors or omissions in the information, software or
services referenced or linked to this website.
In no event shall Qiyuan be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive,
special or incidental damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of business, data
or revenue; reliance on the materials provided; or otherwise arising out of the use of the
materials provided; delays arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of Qiyuan
information; or business interruption, whether or not Qiyuan has been advised of the possibility
of such damages). The download and use of any software or services provided on this website is
done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your
device system, loss of data or other harm that results from such activities.
Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by this reference, describes the collection, use, and disclosure of information from users of the game. By using the game, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Qiyuan may suspend or terminate your use of our games and services without refund if you violate
this Agreement or the law.
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Qiyuan. Qiyuan may terminate your
access to and use of any service or your account if Qiyuan determines that you have violated
this Agreement or that your account has engaged in illegal, improper, or fraudulent use of
Qiyuan services. Qiyuan will notify you of termination, if feasible. Upon account termination,
you may lose your username and character. If you have multiple accounts, Qiyuan may terminate
all of your accounts and all associated rights, depending on the type of violation or abuse. If
your account is terminated, you will not be able to access your account or rights and may be
prohibited from accessing or using any Qiyuan service again. Upon termination, your license
under this Agreement will also terminate.
Qiyuan may terminate any Qiyuan service at any time by providing at least thirty days'
advance notice via email (if any) within the affected Qiyuan service. After termination of the
Online Services, no software updates will be applied to our games, and we cannot guarantee that
our games will continue to run on newer or updated operating systems or be available for
download through application distribution services, such as the iOS App Store and Google Play
Store. Upon termination of the Online Services, any games available through such application
distribution services may be removed without notice to you.
Refunds
We strive to ensure a satisfying experience for all our customers in Qiyuan. However,
due to the nature of our products and services, we generally do not offer refunds. All purchases
made on our game site, including virtual items, in-game currency, subscriptions, and
downloadable content, are final and non-refundable. Once purchased or redeemed, these items are
not refundable.

understanding of our refund policy. Our goal is to provide fair and consistent service to all

These Terms of Use and all disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
You and Qiyuan agree that if any part of these terms is or becomes, in whole or in part, invalid
or unenforceable under any applicable local laws or court, it is to be deemed severed fr om
these terms to the extent of its invalidity or unenforceability, and the rest of the terms shall
remain in full force and effect.
